We had to leave after...

Liked: Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is very good. There is actually not much else I could say that was good, unfortunately.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our room had bed bugs! We had to leave this hotel because they had no other rooms that could accommodate the 4 of us. I had to pay for an entire other hotel stay because of this. I have contacted customer support many times to get a refund for my stay. Please respond to me!!!

Bed bugs welcoming but receptionist...

Liked: Location excellent
Disliked: Really disappointed in our stay. Firstly when we checked in there was no one on the desk for 20 mins, no sign on the desk it was just deserted ! Adding to the insult was the receptionist that was quite rude insisting she was not there for 15 mins. Like it was our fault for turning up on her break! Secondly and perhaps more concerning was the people that checked in the same time found bed bugs in their room smothering their beds and got bitten subsequently left the following morning. This really made our whole stay feel very uncomfortable. Disappointed in what should have been a 4 star hotel and an exciting stay in Vienna.
