Very poor

Disliked: You have to stick the room key in a slot on the wall to activate electricity. Without being told, I'm not sure how we were ever supposed to know to do this. Also, we were only given one room key, and the front desk was vacant all night, so it was a pain going in-and-out after 8pm.

A peaceful, clean and friendly...

Liked: Location is excellent. Clean Comfortable and quiet. The staff were wonderful. We have stayed before (multiple rooms as a family) and we will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Would have loved a coffee machine and air conditioner. But as we have stayed before - there is a lovely coffee shop / bakery around the corner (oops sorry didn't have breakfast here...there is too much to see!). And they have Fans in the rooms (thank you - we needed it!).

Renovate some things, upgrades.

Superb

Liked: Awesome location directly opposite of the castle's park. Short walk to the river. Quaint small restaurants and 'small town flair' despite being part of a large city.

Disliked: The Room had a very strong smell from the cleaning products

Liked: Good Location. Room is ok, missing a fridge. Staff very friendly

Disliked: Manners should be inculcated in that particular male staff because he budged in the room without knocking. This behaviour is unacceptable! Whether someone is there or not you should knock before coming! I just checked in. Howcome he forget within seconds that he has completed the formalities.

Superb

Liked: It's very simple and no extra comfort. But it is completely ok for the price. And the room was very quiet and I slept well. One of the best places in this price range in Wiesbaden for me.
Disliked: The room smelled a little like smoke despite being non smoker. But it was still ok.
