Disliked: This was my second stay at this hotel. I enjoyed my previous visit, so I wanted to repeat the experience. However, this time, the hallways were messy, which caught my attention since everything was clean and organized during my last stay.Unfortunately, the hotel was not well-maintained this time. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms daily, and our trash stayed so long that the room started to smell. Our towels remained wet as well.Aside from this issue, everything else was fine, and I still liked the hotel. I hope it returns to its previous standards on my next visit.

Disliked: The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The toilet water tank had a problem and it would take 15 to 20 minutes to refill itself. I asked the hotel staff for another room but he said no more rooms were available although I saw many empty rooms there the whole night! He said he would come to my room the next morning to fix it but apparently he didn't even care to bother himself fixing it or at least taking a look at it. There were many spider nets in the room. The table and the lamp were full of dust.The room was cold.

excellent modern rooms near Essen...

Liked: 2nd time here. Great hotel, friendly staff, cozy room, all clean, close to Borbeck S-Bahn station. Quiet area. Supermarkets not far from hotel. Hotel has also german restaurant.
Disliked: all ok.

Top hotel with easy reach...

Liked: cozy room with good lightening, close to Essen Borbeck S-Bahn, easy connection. Big bathroom, all clean, good wifi. Best budget hotel I had so far in Essen region. Comfortable beds. Very quiet area.v
