Superb

Fresh rooms!

Liked: Nice area near water and the castle park, very nice when you have a dog! The beds were really comfortable!
Disliked: We got a room faced towards the street, so a bit noisy if you want the window open at night.

Disliked: No Elevator

This is a nice hotel...

Liked: This is a great location for a stopover while biking/driving the Rhine. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is very good. The staff was very helpful helping me find a souvenir that is misplaced. The town of Biebrich is very small and not much going on, but the Schloss Biebrich (palace) and it's lovely and it's expansive park/garden is very nice to explore. In fact you walk through the park if going to the train station. I also recommend the bar/cafe adjacent to the Biebrich train station.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was good too. It's a simple hotel, size of the room was confortable, price was good for the night. Beds were clean.
Disliked: The floor wasn't clean. Spider webs and dust on the corners of the bed. Ventilation in the Bathroom wasn't working. Frigobar wasn't working either.

Clean room.dirty halls and terraces...

Liked: Proximity to my event. Maya- who was gracious and helpful. The room was clean
Disliked: The plexiglass from Covid 19 days still up - the hotel at 125 euro a night looked like a hostel The stairwells. The outside terraces dirty. Neglected. With ashtrays brimming with cigarette butts. The hot water in shower not that hot. Towel rack just broke off the wall. Something else fell suddenly when I was in shower- have no idea what it was Breakfast very mediocre.
