Overall very satisfied.

Liked: Comfort and location, clean, friendly staff.
Disliked: Quite dated. Toilet lighting quite dark.

Liked: Everything was perfect. From the staff, very friendly and helpful to the rooms to the breakfast. I will definitely go back.

Liked: Excellent staff, location is good, quiet.. I was pleased with the hotel with the exception below.
Disliked: In advance I had asked for a firm mattress, one without the hollow in the center from heavy use. But I was disappointed later when I crawled into bed. I tried to smooth it out with towels. I wonder if this is a feature of the rooms that booking.com arranges because this has happened on a number of occasions. I wonder if the hotel reserves/ or is given certain heavily used rooms/bed.

Liked: This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Europe. The staff were so kind and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable. I always felt safe in and around the hotel. The best part was the view!! It was so nice to relax on the balcony and look out on the city. That part was worth every penny.
