Liked: Super clean with excellent and kind staff. Wonderful views of old Vienna. Great location within walking distance of all the old Vienna sights.

I loved it here!

Liked: The beds were very comfortable, the location, the view from the 13th floor. The staff gave us a chocolate and wished my husband a happy birthday which was very nice!

An good base for exploring...

Liked: Good location on the edge of the central city, with a pleasant view of the park opposite. Room was a good size and comfortable. Walkable distance to a lot of attractions, and handy for trams and U bahn too. We enjoyed the free coffee abd cake in the afternoon.

Worst hotel ever. Never agian...

Disliked: Tiny room, old furniture,There was a cockroach on the bed , killed it, flushed it on the toilet, then when i went down to the reception to change the room, one of the staff accused me of being a liar and what i should have done is to keep it as a prove( felt like being judge in a court) and that i killed the evidence, and it was a way of looking for a refund as “ possibly I didn’t like the room and that was my way to get a refund” Unprofessional way of dealing with a a customer.Highly recommend to avoid staying in place that treat the customer in such way.

Easter weekend in Vienna

Liked: The best location!!, so easy to get to all the beautiful sites, restaraunts and shopping. It was very spacious and clean room We had a view over the park and we really enjoyed the cake and coffee served in the afternoon. Their breakfasts were excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even parked our car for us which we thought was great. We will most certainly stay here again on our next visit!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing to complain or didn't like.
