Liked: The accommodation, facilities and staff had been very nice.
Disliked: I felt 19€ for breakfast was/is overpriced. I could have dinner, main course and drink at the restaurant for that much money! A la cart option could be offered to those who just need a coffee and a bite!

Just out of the centre...

Liked: Breakfast excellent - room clean,tidy with nearly all you could need - staff were always helpful,proffesional and kind - good value for money - near direct route into the city by U bahn at the end of the street - in a nice ,quiet freindly area.
Disliked: Breakfast could often be very busy (although they do tell you the busy times) - maybe an extra half hour could solve the over busy period of between 9 and 10am. (end at 10.30 instead of 10am)Only other thing was the shower had a 'high' step in which could be difficult for older guests (maybe a small hand rail could help?).

Disliked: €19 per guest for a continental breakfast is a bit steep considering a main course on the restaurants evening menu is c. €21 average.

Good value reasonably comfortable stay

Liked: Clean and neat good presentation. Good room service and break fast
Disliked: Gym equipment could be better. Access to pool and sauna been in a different building could be better particularly when pouring rain outside. Would be good if loan umbrella was available when raining.
