Liked: We wanted the big room and we got a HUGE room. 120 square meters is huge. It was clean, the stuff was exceptionally helpful (especially Mr. Rainer Susser) and they got out of their way to help. Great

Spacious apartment close to the...

Liked: We stayed in the apartment on the top floor, which is very spacious. It worked well for my sister and me who visited Tübingen for an extended weekend with my dad. The hotel has free parking and is located quite close to the city center. A supermarket that's open till midnight is across the street. We had very little interaction with the staff but the couple of times we did talk to them, they were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There's wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms that had not been vacuumed properly. We had two different coffee machines, which is good, but we were missing a toaster. The apartment is in need of a few fixes: some light switches didn't work or didn't have a bulb connected, a shutter was difficult to handle/stuck, the fuse box in the bathroom was missing a cover, and several electrical wires from light fixtures were floating around without lamp shades or bulbs! The staff took note of these and promised to inform the managers.

Liked: This clean, tidy accommodation with parking is located near the old town. The booking communication was good and the access to the accommodation was flexible. The size and equipment of the room were completely adequate. The staff is kind, the breakfast is of high quality and plentiful. I recommend this small hotel to everyone.
Disliked: Everything was fine.
