Excellent choice in every respect

Liked: Fabulous hotel in every aspect! Comfortable room with very quiet aircon, beautiful furnishings and bathroom facilities, spotless clean.Very friendly and well traiend staff in all areas, competent and friendly reception, delicious and rich breakfast buffet on Michelin 2025 recommended restaurant with excellent food.Within Stare Miasto area of Wroclaw (10min walk to town square) and tram station right outside the entrance (6 minutes ride for 1,5km to cathedral island/market hall).We can highly recommend this hotel!

Liked: Location was great and building from the outside was very nice. Rooms were decent.
Disliked: Staff attention to detail. From reception to the breakfast staff. Normally when you sit down you should be offered a drink. I waited 5 mins until I had to ask.

Liked: Wonderful suite, elegant and comfortable, spotlessly clean, luxurious bathroom.Delicious breakfast buffet plus a la carte which was especially tasty; and sparkling wine too!The front-desk staff were so very friendly and helpful.I'd go to Wroclaw again just for the hotel!
Disliked: Pillows!
