Liked: amazing breakfast, good location though a little off from the centre
Disliked: a. room size esp. the bathroom layout. too open! b. tipping request at checkout. This is the first time I have ever encountered a tipping request at a hotel checkout counter!!

Very pleasant. Good area, but...

Liked: Lovely staff-so helpful. Excellent room and breakfast. Quiet and elegant.
Disliked: We were in room 36 which was a long way from the front door, along corridors and locked doors. A bit of a parlarva for 80 year olds.

Liked: We had a truly nice stay at this hotel. Location was amazing, this neighborhood is where you will end up having all your good meals, coffee, shopping etc but then also very close walk to true city center, museums. Staff was very professional, breakfast is indulgent, afternoon tea was serene The rooms are very special and well-cared for, it felt like a truly unique boutique hotel experience. I am an insanely light sleeper and did end up relocating to a top floor room to avoid upstairs neighbors, as it's an old building with creaking bones, which led to having a huge suite at a high cost BUT this was clear and known to me, so it worked out well in the end.
Disliked: nothing, this is a special hotel!

Liked: Staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel had some special touches that made the stay more pleasant.
Disliked: The breakfast was varied and good. The communal areas were comfortable and relaxed. The staff were very helpful and attentive.
