Liked: Location was fantastic, very close to local public transport, walking distance to main attractions (I.e Marienplatz). Room was just quite small with no air conditioning and was much warmer than the outside temperature. Overall, great location wise but wouldn’t recommend in summer

Nice Hidden Hotel Find at...

Liked: Hotel was well-located just a block from U-bahn, so easy to reach from train station even with baggage. Desk clerk was super-friendly, check-in was easy and room was great. Note: they have the smallest elevator you have ever seen. But it worked!
Disliked: No A/C but they provided a small fan, which helped. Small but functional bathroom (small was the "didn't like" part, functionality was a plus!).

A short trip to Munich

Liked: The property was a reasonable walking distance to many attractions. The staff were lovely, always courteous and helpful, and the hotel was both very clean and quiet. Has a small lift - Great for moving your luggage! Happily recommend for a solo or couple.
Disliked: Nil All good.

Passable

An absolutely delightful stay.

Liked: The location was amazing, so close to everything. A lovely, older style boutique hotel, very small but very comfortable.
Disliked: The very small lift, the bathroom was tiny.

Avoid If You Can

Liked: The only decent part of our stay was the woman working the night shift—she was genuinely kind and helpful. Everyone else, unfortunately, could learn a thing or two from her. That one interaction was the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay.
Disliked: This hotel is stuck in the past. The place is dated, the elevator barely works, and worst of all, the staff are incredibly rude and unwelcoming. No smiles, no effort—just bad attitudes across the board. Hospitality clearly isn’t a priority here. Wouldn’t stay again. Also what hotel cannot hire a company to add an EV charger to its facilities it’s 2025.
