Hotel Alter Wirt

Comfortable, clean, quiet and close...

Liked: We landed at Munich airport late, coming back from from a long flight and were tired. This place was close to the airport, but not right next to it, and perfect for an overnight stay before moving on the next day. Very clean and comfortable and in a quiet location. There is even a Gasthaus (restaurant) under the same name (Alter Wirt) right across which was still open when we arrived at the hotel that night. Hotel had easy checkin with a code we were provided with to get the room key (it was late night and the receptionist was gone for the day). We highly recommend Hotel Alter Wirt!!
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Fantastic stay!

Liked: The accommodations were immaculate and we had all the space we needed. The rooms were incredibly clean and it was very convenient to the airport. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Liked: The property exceeded our expectations - it was very clean, convenient, and had a great staff. We had a family room and it met our needs for the evening and at a very reasonable price.
Disliked: The air conditioning/heating unit was difficult to set and manage.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Close to the airport, train ride is a few stops and about a 35 minute train ride to downtown Munich. Community is quiet and friendly.
