Liked: Spotless and good position, short walk to buses. Good breakfast, helpful staff, shared bathrooms were no problem, they were kept spotless. Very good value for money.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Friendly welcome, room clean and comfortable. Good location, just a 10 minute walk from the main railway station. Breakfast good.
Disliked: No TV in the room, nor coffee making facilities, bit of a trek to the toilets.

Liked: It was a okay place, just go do the job.
Disliked: EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and arrogant customer service. They moved changed our room without notifying us and expected us to pay extra for a bed that we already booked when Instead to compensate their mistake.The lady at the front desk was very condescending, passive aggressive and not understanding at all. This experience almost ruined the experience of Switzerland, DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.
