Wonderful staff, location, peaceful and...

Liked: The staff were absolutely superb from the welcome by Herr K to Lisa being amazingly gracious when very noisy guests next door were being a complete pain, to Elizabeth on reception and also serving me a glass of wine and sorting out cushions for outside. The hotel is in a quiet, pleasant area only a 7 minute walk from Hanover HBF and nearby there is a lovely area with loads of restaurants and nice shops. I ate at L Osteria which was very nice but also a great paper and book shop nearby. My room looked onto gardens and was very nice.
Disliked: Fellow guests being very loud after hours with no respect for anyone else!!

Charming hotel in the perfect...

Liked: I really like the instalations, they feel very warm and comfortable in a classic way. Also, the location of the hotel is perfect if you want to go eat outside.
Disliked: Our room was a double one with 2 singular beds next to each other, but they were very easy to move, so if you move to much into the other, you are very lucky to felt out of the bed.

Liked: Very nice deco in rooms with cornices and wall paper. BF is hearty enough.
Disliked: Separate entrance from reception and climb some stays to get to room. There was a City Tax we had to pay separately, although at first look “all taxes and charges were included”. It would be best to include all taxes in the Booking rate displayed. This happens in only certain hotels we booked. It is strange for us for this inconsistency.
