Boutique hotel with excellent service

Liked: Located on a quiet side street, away from the busy main road, yet easily accessible by public transport. Perfect for those who enjoy a good night's sleep while staying in the city center. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and recently renovated.
Disliked: The air conditioning was a bit loud, but since the weather wasn't too warm, we didn't really need to use it.

Liked: Pretty much everything. The staff, location and breakfast were all excellent.
Disliked: The room was extremely tight even for one person but on the bright side it did have very efficient air conditioning during what was a very, very hot few days in Vienna.

Comfy bed, great staff, great...

Liked: All staff were very friendly, rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the cocktails were even better! Definitely returning

Highly recommend the hotel and...

Liked: Staff were so nice and made us feeling welcomed. Location was good, in a quiet neighborhood and close to metro. Breakfast was such a nice surprise! Latte was so delicious. Lots of good options and have made to order items.
Disliked: The only drawback for us was 1)the bed is too soft for our preference; 2) the air conditioning didn’t work very well. Fortunately it was cool when we visited but I could see the room may be hot when the weather is hot.

A lovely hotel with excellent...

Liked: The staff went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was delicious with ample choices. The Location was excellent. It was an easy walk to the Spittelberg quarter , to the Museums, to the City Centre and to the Narrenturm.The decor throughout the hotel was splendid and good quality. The room was very clean.
Disliked: The room was on the small side . A second chair would have been useful.
