Liked: The room had a decent view of the Rhine, and the location was pretty good. It was a modern room and had decent windows and heating.
Disliked: I think there's a risk of noise, my room was above a bar it seemed, and an early night as planned was difficult, even ear plugs only just about made it work.

Good

Liked: The hotel is in a good location not too far from the city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is traditional but still very clean and the room was a good size.
Disliked: The room was incredibly hot, and the breakfast options weren't good value for money.
