Would not recommend , the...

Liked: Unfortunately the property needs some serious renovation. There seemed to be work to be going on but was not finished.
Disliked: The room we were originally given was a two-bed when we had asked for a double. Nevertheless, it was too tiny to fit two people so we asked for another room. They said they didn’t have a double bed but could upgrade us to a “suite” if we paid extra 20€. We said ok and paid. The room we were given was on the fifth floor (no lift service to the 5th floor, you go up to the 4th floor with the lift and then walk up the stairs..), which was a duplex with internal staircase. The room was old, unfinished renovation - there were obvious drywall coverings which were unfinished, there wasn’t even a curtain at the bath tub. It was dusty and dirty - stains on the carpet and dusty table that was crooked. The sofa was broken and dirty. Not even sure if the A/C was functional as we didn’t dare to open it. Overall not a pleasant experience, reminded us more of old style WWII conditioned room more than anything….! Accepted to sleep there as we were only there for one night and travelling home the next day.

Liked: Very clean. Staff was always kind. Location nor very close to touristic attractions, but well connected to Vienna's public transport system

Liked: The room was clean, tidy, and well-presented. The breakfast buffet is quite good, offering a variety of selections, but the hotel charges an additional 16 euros for it.
Disliked: My room faced a busy interchange and was noisy until late at night.

Ok value for money

Liked: Night manager at reception for as polite, helpful and personable
Disliked: Room was on 5th floor without any lift from fourth to fifth which was a hassle with luggage.
