Helpful staff and good value...

Liked: The staff were exceptional. The staff helped to arrange a taxi to the airport for our early morning flight. The location was close to the metro but there were limited options for restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. The hotel common areas were clean and well kept and our hotel room was clean. We were not able to have breakfast at the hotel as our flight was leaving early the next morning.
Disliked: Limited restaurant options in the local area.

Liked: The room was fine, looked vacuumed, the sheets and towels were clean and properly placed. There were extra pillows and a blanket in the closet. The room had a window into a courtyard of some kind, and since this was a low and cool season maybe it was quiet, but difficult to know if it would be quiet during the active season.
Disliked: The lobby reeked of smoke, and I asked for a non-smoking room, but the one I was given (supposedly non-smoking) was on the same floor at the end of the hallway, so I found the air smelled a bit. Also, I picked the hotel because it advertised a shuttle to the airport, but was told that it was a mistake made by Booking.com, and that I'd have to take the subway (four stops including a change) to where I could get a shuttle. I had written to the hotel when I made the booking to reserve a seat on the shuttle but they didn't respond so I didn't know about the shuttle until I got there, and by then it was too late. Also, there weren't many places to eat around that neighbourhood.
