Liked: This hotel is perfect for business visits and for tourism if you want to be a little far to the crazy old city. The commute from this place is perfect, you can walk to the metro station, buses and even at 9 minutes walking is Entrecampos metro station to take the metro to visit Sintra. The hotel is clean and very well cared for. You can book a room with a buffet breakfast or you can purchase the breakfast for 11 Euros (in June 2025). The breakfast has a variety of products and amazing choices for fruit was my favorite part. There is a place for an event in the Campo Pequeño park where we enjoy concerts with local artists for free and enjoy a delicious local beef. At night we close the windows and enjoy the room with air conditioning and sleep. The pillows need to be changed because they are a little uncomfortable but in general it's a very good hotel for the price. The staff is very friendly.

Liked: The location, close to metro station, local cafe and restaurants provide delicious food with reasonable prices

Awful

Liked: Staff, helpful but could have given us a heads-up on fair ground music that went on till 2:30 am thumping.
Disliked: Disregard for of our age (82) and giving us a room overlooking the fairground and only changing us to a room further away from music on second after our complaint at 23:00. Impossible to sleep.
