Exhausting to travel by bus...

Liked: Restaurant across the hotel with good pizza and pasta. Bus stop in front of hotel. Front desk staff were very nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor, very limited offering. Hotel room had no safe. Shower stall old and sliding door would not close, had 2 inch gap in the corner of shower stall. Old hotel, 1/2 hr drive from the city, that needs renovation. Bathroom needs update. Too far from the city. Had to take bus, then take the metro - change metro line twice to get to Milan City. By taxi around Eur25-28.00 from hotel to Duomo or the city each way.Don't order taxi from hotel to Linate airport which is only 20 minutes way. Our taxi cost Eur85.00 for 4 people. There were 8 of us. Other taxi cost more at Eur 90.00. Cheaper to get an airport transfer/minibus for 8. Airport transfer to Malpensa Airport for 6 people, which is about 1 hr away, costs only Eur150 as a comparison.

Liked: The staff at the reception was very courteous…i dont recall the name but the lady went out of her way to make us feel during our stay…highly recommend the place
