Great location, super comfortable hotel.

Liked: Loads of character but still with all the conveniences you need in a hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful. Having breakfast included was a bonus. Bed amazing, all facilities as described and better.
Disliked: Nothing at all

Liked: Very unique and cute. Staff so friendly and helpful, always have a smile on their face at reception. Karina especially was so kind and helpful! Rooms and nice, bed is very cozy! Location is decent, just outside the old town, about a 25 minute walk or a 15-20 minute tram or a 10 minute taxi which is super cheap, make sure to use Bolt over Uber.
Disliked: Double bed came with two separate duvets, may suit some couples but not for us. Paid for the romance decor, but of a waste of money, just some petals, swan towels and hearts hung up, oh and pralines which were good. Cleaning staff weren’t friendly, a couple times they wouldn’t hold lift for us event if we were two seconds away and they don’t smile ever.

Liked: The breakfast was nicely done. The whole hotel felt like you were stepping into a movie! Reception was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No free coffee is provided in the rooms, it is all chargeable but there is at breakfast.
