Great location and aesthetic rooms

Liked: It is in the heart of city centre, very close to metro and Tivoli Gardens. Room was nice and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciate the sustainability initiative about optional room cleaning service
Disliked: When it is busy sometimes, the shortage of staff at reception (one person) means longer waiting time for check-in/check-out. I also wish the bed is more comfortable as it is very spring-y for my liking. One disappointment in the cleanliness of the room is that I found a blood stain on the duvet cover (clearly washed prior but didn't manage to take it out). It would be nice to have clean beddings.

Beautiful, charming and enjoyable

Liked: If you love mid century furniture this is the place for you! The bed was very comfortable, the room was tidy, clean and well designed with amazing pieces of furniture. I believe each floor is slightly different. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Most places were within 20 minutes walk, the round tower, Tivoli gardens (5 mins), the station, canal rides, etc. Very quiet and peaceful. Definitely will go back. The breakfast was delicious too.
Disliked: Not much to dislike when you love the era! If I had to say one slight negative- there were no teabags or milk in the room, only coffee but the staff sorted that too!

Disliked: Location is super convenient, just a heavily touristed area.

Lovely, willing staff land excellent...

Liked: The friendliness go the staff and the hotel and cafe. They sorted out a number of problems for me. The food in the cafe was excellent and as I am lactose intolerant they were very good at helping me find a dish I could eat and removing certain items I couldn't.
Disliked: The location is so convenient and once the stuck plunger in the basin was fixed my standard single room was simple but contained everything I needed. Unfortunately although I moved rooms the next one also had a 2 rooms had a stuck basin plunger, so the staff upgraded me to a superior double room and included breakfast I thought I had booked. However it is important to note that directly next to the inner garden of the hotel is a new building going up so the noise is considerable. Luckily the windows are double- glazed and the builder do not start very early and end by about 4pm.
