Liked: Very well located hotel with decent rooms. No issues communicating with the staff who gave us some tips on where to rent bikes and how to get to the airport.

Great location, tiny room.

Liked: The location of the hotel was great, close to the Vondelpark and near to tram lines to go anywhere else we needed to reach. There was a nice 'lobby' area to sit around in, which was fine because our room was so small.
Disliked: The room was tiny, uncomfortably so. We estimated the 'bedroom' section to be no more than 80 sf. I also didn't appreciate the additional tax we were required to pay because we'd booked the room quite awhile ago- apparently the tax rate had increased or something to that effect.

Liked: The breakfast was quite nicely presented and had a great variety of items. It would have been much nicer if we could have brought a cup of tea or coffee up to the room. Perhaps you should invest in purchasing more cups that would allow for what is standard in most hotels.
Disliked: The lift only goes to the third floor and we had to climb a very steep set of stairs with our luggage to get to our room. When I booked oln line, we should have been told that the room is NOT accessible by a lift. We are seniors and this last flight of steps while doable was quite problematic when carrying the suitcases up to the room.

I will avoid this hotel...

Disliked: I was given an attic room.The room was extremely small. Certainly not value for money!

A Bit Disappointed for the...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, so that was a plus, and the location was nice. Nice lobby.
Disliked: Our room and bathroom wasn't as updated as some of the rooms appear in the photos. We were in an annex in the garden and the room was a bit outdated and dark, and unfortunately not as clean as we would like. The beds were very small as well. The breakfast was fine, not great.

Liked: The location was great and the downstairs area was really beautiful Comfy bed!
Disliked: I felt the breakfast was quite expensive considering the price of the room
