Liked: The only thing that works in this hotel is:The door to enter the roomThe bedThe shower head.Everything else doesn’t work.
Disliked: Location is far from the real CenterThe control remote for AC, TV, and Cable doesn’t work The flushing toilet doesn’t workThe Customer Service phone in the room doesn’t work I was switched to a different room and it wasn’t much different. I am very surprised that this hotel has some good reviews.

Good location for seeing central...

Liked: The location was great for sights. Walking distance from Centro. We walked everywhere. 1 min from the subway station. Hotel was clean. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Not a lot of good restaurants nearby. No breakfast included in hotel. It was inconvenient. Also the hotel does not have much amenities. Just the room. But we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway. Can get noisy at night. Bring ear plugs.
