Perfect location and friendly staff
Liked: Very friendly staff, perfect location in Santa Cruz near everywhere you'd want to visit. Comfortable room and wide choice for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the amount I paid (€320 for three nights). Firstly, the room I received did not match the one I had booked (please see attached photos for reference). The room was quite cold, and I had to sleep wearing a sweater to stay warm. Additionally, I noticed some insects on the floor, which I also photographed.Another issue was the noise early in the morning. At around 7:45 AM, I was woken up by considerable noise in the hallway. It appeared that part of the guest dining area was located just outside my door, and the sound of guests having breakfast and using the coffee machine made it difficult to rest.I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel staff both on the day of arrival and the following day, but was informed that unfortunately, nothing could be done. As a result, I ended up staying only one night instead of the three I had booked.
