Excellent hotel in Albuquerque Old...

Liked: The location, only a few minutes by foot to the Old Town, was excellent. The hotel provided free, on-site parking, and good restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern and clean throughout. The best part, though, was the friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Albuquerque.

Wonderful location next to Old...

Liked: Beautiful lobby area and nice decor in the restaurant. The room was comfortable with a great views of Albuquerque through the corner window.
Disliked: Oddly, the room did not have an amenities set - just shampoo and conditioner. In such a dry place lotion would have helped as would some bottled water in the room. The hotel is undergoing renovations which should freshen the rooms up.

Would definitely like to return...

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The grounds are very nice.
Disliked: The room (like the hotel -- other than the lobby) was old and dated. I know you're doing an update; it's definitely needed.

Exceptional

Liked: Traveled cross country from California to Texas for the holidays and stayed the night with my husband and two boys. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Joe at the front desk was very accommodating and very thoughtful. Our room wasn?t ready when we arrived and he took it upon himself to make sure we were taken care of. Great customer service, thank you Joe. Our room was very clean and very cozy. We did not want to leave our room. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first level and we were not disappointed. Loved the fire place in the main lobby and the huge Christmas tree in the main lobby entrance. We will be definitely staying here again but for more than just a night. Seriously did not want to leave. Thank you for such a great experience.
