Hotel Albuquerque At Old Town

One days stay

Liked: The location to old town and shops and restaurants is fanomimal. The hotel is pretty and a great pool. the door on the one elevator is slow,but the elevator is great (fast).hotels that old are usually musty but this one is wonderful
Disliked: I'm not sure but ac was not very cold and it seem to mess with my sinuses. Also walls in my room are very thin there was a baby next door and I could hear him feeding.

Liked: I had traveled a long distance to Albuquerque for a conference in the hoteI. I needed a room with a bath tub somehow my request had not been seen when I booked, but once my daughter and I talked with the front desk and management they worked diligently to accommodate my need and moved us to a different room with a bath tub. I also accidently left my luggage at the hotel and didn't realize it for several hours. My luggage was kept at the office and was safe. When we called, the hotel reassured us that they had my luggage waiting for us. We felt relieved to know that the staff took such care of my luggage.

Liked: The valet driver went out of her way to help me get everything, including my dog, up to the room. Beautiful hotel. Excellent food.
Disliked: I had emailed a request to have a second floor room and was told I could have that. When I arrived was told I was on the 9th. They easily found me a room on the 2nd floor. No shampoo or conditioner was left in the room!! Since I was ready to step in I wasn’t about to run around finding some! Finally got some the next day. No freezer with the refrigerator! Very bad when needing it for my cooler. Of course, no free breakfast.

Liked: Room was very comfortable. I liked that there was no tub allowed a larger shower. Bar was very friendly and welcoming to relax after a day of activities.
Disliked: Lots of events going on during our stay. Elevators were very busy and crowded.
