Hotel Albe Bastille

Enjoyed my time here.

Liked: Decent room. Bathroom is very clean which I really appreciate. Staffs are kind and helpful.
Disliked: No

Just another hotel in Paris,...

Liked: Clean bathroom and room. The location is quite good! Easily accessible from the metro.
Disliked: The staff was a bit unfriendly during check-in.

Dirty room and shady neighbourhood.

Liked: It was affordable.
Disliked: The floor was so dirty with broken facilities. The shower head is broken and leaking sideways. It also cannot be held up on the stand so you need to hold it while showering.Thw neighbourhood was bad, I was mugged by 2 men but managed to fight back. The neighbourhood is close to shady massage places that provide shady services.

We had the junior suite...

Liked: Location, decor, we could store our luggage before check in. Late check out.
Disliked: Hotel was lovely. Maybe a better view but everything else superb.

Great place for a stopover...

Liked: Very convenient for Gare de Lyon and the Place de la Bastille. Room was very comfortable with a good en suite bathroom. The neighbourhood is good for walking with plenty of bars, patisseries and restaurents.
