Very good

Liked: Excellent location.Staff was very welcoming and courteous.Breakfast was excellent.Housekeeping staff was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing

Highly recommended

Liked: Property was very close to the train station. Around the corner actually. Easily walkable to Duomo and other sites. The hotel was beautiful. Staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Especially Lorenzo when we checked in. Breakfast was also exceptional.
Disliked: Construction right outside our window was not wonderful but building maintenance is unavoidable. Just bad timing for us.

Superb

Good location, stuffy room

Liked: Location was great. 5 min walk from train station..Room was clean and spacious. Very nice breakfast buffet.
Disliked: They would not turn AC on. Room was stuffy and hot. They brought us a fan but it did nothing to cool it down. Having to dry hair after shower was sweating terribly. We opened windows at night but mosquitoes came in.

Liked: The hotel was elegant and very clean. The rooms were very nice and had bathtubs. Breakfast included was good. Located close to the train and all amenities.

A Little Gem

Liked: The hotel is going through some exterior renovations. They make the place look beautiful. I loved the fact that it's in a courtyard with gates. The staff are very helpful, everyone speaks very good English. It's very close to the train station. Good breakfast. I would stay here again.
Disliked: I wish there had been drinks in the garden. The garden is wasted. Just a simple cocktail, wine, and beer. Served 4-7.

Liked: Wonderful location, friendly accommodating staff, restaurant on premise and Florentine charm
Disliked: Construction onsite and in the area. We were unable to enjoy the balcony because of work outside our window.
