Liked: Reception staff, bar, breakfast area is fantastic, nice pool, gardens and outdoor spaces.
Disliked: A little dated, but acceptable in a retro way

Lovely Adelaide CBD hotel

Liked: Everything. The spot is good, lively staff, close to the CBD and very clean. They fulfilled our request to have all rooms next to each other. Faster check-in

Ok but a smaller, better...

Liked: Clean and simple
Disliked: They checked me into a room that was clearly designed for wheelchair access, which I did not need. Too big and soulless. Despite it being winter the room was hot and stuffy. No door or window to open. No convenient store nearby.

Disliked: Already sent a message how disgusted i was with a staff member at reception. Telling me after being inline waiting then asked me if I had a booking which I replied yes I do ...then his attitude changed to telling me about I need to go and learn about manners Wth hell then asked me about carpark to be told have to pay another 15 dollars which I said park out on street ..then said if your attitude would of given me a complementary carpark ..Sorry to say was booked in restaurant but because of how disgusted I was will never go there again over his customer service
