Hotel AKA Washington Circle

Extremely disappointed

Liked: Location and beautiful hotel
Disliked: Dirty shower, AC not working, coffee machine not working, restaurant closed on Mondays.After checking out and letting the staff know about what went wrong, a cup of coffee would have been nice!

Uncomfortable stay.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: AC failed multiple times. Had to move to diferent rooms because of that. Shower not working. Internet slow during peak times. .Loud due to close by emergency room.

Superb

Great (noisy) stay!

Liked: Great hotel! It was very clean and all of the staff were extremely friendly. It’s also in a central location. I didn’t understand why it was so affordable compared to other hotels in the area until we got there. It’s right by a hospital and there are constant loud sirens, even in the 8th floor they were blaring. Other than this, the only thing we disliked was that we had to ask for a bucket of ice. I’ve never been to a hotel where you can’t get your own ice. We were constantly filling our water bottles so I felt bad asking for so much ice. The beds are comfortable but on the firmer side.

Very nice experience and stay...

Liked: The room is very large and offer all the confort needed. We had a balcony, there is coffee machine, fridge, water and amenities in the bathroom. Personnel is very kind and gives all the information needed. The laundry is also a very appreciated complimentary service. At walking distance to all major monuments and places.
Disliked: Breakfast is only available on Tuesday - Friday with a "a la carte" menu (no buffet)
