Liked: Cute accomodation, staff were wonderful with helping us and access to public transport nearby made it easy to navigate Florence :)

Liked: Clean and ok for a one night stay.Croissants and coffee in the morning is included in the price.
Disliked: Not soundproof, you can hear the traffic and everything from the hallway. One lamp and the toiletseat was broken.

Disliked: The property was great only for couples. Not enough space in the room for children.

Liked: The location of the property and especially how management dealt with an issue I had related to payment. The management team was prompt in responding to a major concern I had related to the payment of the accomodation, and this is sometimes much more important than anything else. Thank you.

Disliked: The room is very noisy, no double glazing on windows make it sleeping quite challenging
