Great location, comfy rooms

Liked: Brilliant location near metro and decent shops and cafes etc and Canal St Martin which is a great area these days. Room had everything we needed, decent bathroom and shower. Staff pleasant. We didn’t eat breakfast. Bed comfy.
Disliked: Our room looked into reception on the ground floor which was a little odd but private enough with a curtain and frosted glass. Decor a little dated but nothing bad about this place really.

Decent stay but broken aircon...

Liked: Good location. Most the staff were good. Decent breakfast! Room was clean and cleaned daily.
Disliked: The air con was very average. Worked at the start but second night it broke and didn’t work for the rest of the trip. Left early in morning to get coffee and breakfast and went to come back 15 minutes later and couldn’t get back in waited 15 minutes for another guest to let us inside

Liked: Very convenient to a lot of metro stops. Clean bedroom and staff in every day to make up the bed. Clean towels everyday. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was limited choice but still good. Noise from other bedrooms until late. When air conditioning was on it drowned out the noise so was ok

Liked: Great location, shower and water pressure fantastic!
Disliked: Staff rude. Not one smile or bonjour every time we went past reception. Had booked 6 months in advance for a room with a street view. All we could see was a dirty roof and gutters. Not possible to change when I queried. Breakfast options very sparse. Mouldy yoghurt. Room pleasant and cool but dirty..clipped toenails on floor and something rotting in fridge.
