Hotel Agora Brussels Grand Place

Great central location

Liked: I was very happy with my lovely big room on the top floor which had a view over the square. It had air-conditioning, a comfy bed and a great shower. The location was excellent, a couple of mins from central station and the main square of Brussels, so easy to walk everywhere. Staff were very helpful and happy for me to store my bags ahead of check in.
Disliked: It didn't bother me, but useful to know that access to the lift is up two flights of stairs so would not be ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties.

Lovely charming hotel right in...

Liked: There isn’t breakfast, but sooo many options on the doorstop it wasn’t needed at all - and I liked that there was tea and coffee but for the more north European visitors some milk product for the coffee would have been a nice extra
Disliked: It was just lovely, really elegant but simple. Staff were super helpful and a nice relaxed vibe. So nothing I didn’t like I’m afraid - it was very hot when I visited Brussels but 2 fans in the room meant you didn’t need a/c

Good for few days

Liked: Staff was very nice and acomodating. Location was good .Close to the train station.
Disliked: Room a bit warm. Too many stairs

Perfect stay.

Liked: Great location and value. Welcoming staff. Comfy clean rooms. We’re able to leave bags when exploring the city. Reception were exceptionally helpful and gave us maps and tips of where to visit.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very close to the train station and the staff was nice
Disliked: The stairs are super steep. But it was helpful that the staff helped us carry the luggage. How steep: if you stay in the main building, it’s as steep as going to the top of the church in Europe
