Liked: Absolutely shocking.This hotel cancelled the booking the day before, although the booking had been made a month before.They didn't even try to call me. Which kind of people are they?

Liked: Great location within easy walking distance of Gare Montparnasse, in a district which felt safe late at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable enough room, and the bathroom looked like it had been fairly recently redone (but there are signs it had needed doing before!). I liked that my room had big opening windows with a voile curtain, as well as air con, and it didn't look out over the street so it was quiet at night. The kettle and teas were a big bonus. Had I had a longer stay, the mini fridge would have been really great.
Disliked: The room was a little bit tight for space, which wasn't a surprise in Paris, but I knocked my leg on the corner of the desk trying to walk round the bed!
