Liked: Really friendly staff, Nice decor in reception and breakfast are - felt really homely

Liked: Super friendly staff. Nice outdoor space.

Did the job, but basic....

Liked: Room was clean. Breakfast was exceptional. Close to A1 if going by car.
Disliked: Tea/coffee making facilities absent from the room. Room was comfortable, but very basic. Difficult to get into Lille using public transport.

Liked: Easy and patient staff.French speaking room service team but willing to communicate via other ways.Location easy to find and easy to access.Room size was decent and comfortable
Disliked: The floor was very cold (Ice cold).Only thing to complain.Other than that everything was good and satisfying.

Really happy with our 4...

Liked: Great continental breakfast and really well situated for lots of lovely restaurants. All of these were in walking distance of the hotel. Well paced for the airport and LUC Ronchin.
Disliked: Missed a kettle in the room and the odd square shaped pillows were a challenge.
