Liked: Nice location in the center of Bolzano.
Disliked: A lot of construction work next to the hotel. Noisy.

Liked: Understanding and helpful staff, fulfilled our extra needs during stay. For 3 star hotel can't complain at all as location is good if u want to stay close to public transport and main square. We are pleased and can recommend hotel. For what we paid we can say it's worth this money. Clean and spacious.
Disliked: Not hotel fault but there is construction going around and it can be noisy through the day. If you need peaceful sleep you can't open windows. In addition , church bell. Seems like it's kind of tradition in the country that bells runs for whole day. The church bell keeps ringing from early morning until evening every hour. It is really challenging to sleep with open window in summer as the bell starts at 7am and wakes up the whole city , I believe. As mentioned nothing in hotel hands. One more thing, cleaning services is a bit too noisy in our opinion. We needed a good sleep before fly back but unfortunately we couldn't sleep as cleaning service on our floor or either upstairs since early hours was way too noisy. If you have shallow sleep that could be the issue for you.

Liked: The place is clean and tidy, and the location is great! It's very convenient to go anywhere. It's only a five-minute walk from the train station.
Disliked: But! I don't like the boss and his wife because they never smile. They are too serious. This feeling is not good at all. It's not Italian at all!

Cozy and friendly accommodation in...

Liked: A good inexpensive hotel near the tourist center. There is a construction site nearby, but it does not interfere with sleep. The rooms are clean and quiet. A nice and helpful couple works at the reception, they told us all and explained to how to get to the Dolomites.
Disliked: Breakfast 12€ is a bit expensive. Furniture isn’t new, but quite fine.

Liked: Good hotel with helpful staff, a good breakfast and a secure place to store our bicycles.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel was surrounded by a construction site at the time we stayed there. Had trouble finding the entrance.
