So many small problems

Disliked: Wifi was broken when I arrive and they did not know when it could be fixed. I was not advised of the problem in advance, but rather only when I asked at the reception after checking in. It ended up being fixed sometime in the evening. Again, I was not made aware, even though I specifically told them about my needs for work /wrote to them in advance, when I made the reservation!). Rooms have very poor soundproofing and was given room with a connecting door to neiguboors, although hotel not full. I could hear those neighboors as well as the ones from the other side, as the noises came from the bathroom. Also, people walking down the corridor, closing doors, dogs barking, etc. And the door kept shaking and making noises every time another doos got open/shut anywhere on the floor. Room was relatively clean and food was ok.
