Liked: Everything. Location,ambience,decor. The most amazing spread for breakfast including champagne!!! The spa sooo nice and the staff overly pleasant and helpful.

Liked: Staffs at reception were highly professional. They exceeded my expectation.
Disliked: Some staffs at restaurant during breakfasts are not that good. I ordered coffee one day but they brought me tea instead and when I asked nicely to get me coffee, he was arguing!! I found that is rude. Breakfast options were okay.Overall, they are fine.

Fabulous stay in a nice...

Liked: Everything was perfect from the arrival to the check out. The staff was professional and really helpful in each department. Upgraded to the Deluxe Room category a few days before the arrival. We were really satisfied with the size and equipment of the room and the cleanliness was above average, not just in the room but in the whole hotel including the wellness/fitness area. Enjoyed the caffee and the cakes in the lobby. The breakfast is wonderful with a huge selection of dishes, and we spent almost 2 hours trying as many products as possible. Luckily the breakfast was held in the Brasserie and we got the table with the best view on the Brandenburger Gate. We are looking forward to visiting the hotel in the near future.
