Overall good value and nice...

Liked: Good WiFi, very comfortable bed, good toilet and shower facilities. Well located. Helpful staff. My favourite slippers!
Disliked: Part computer-aided checkin is degrading, slow and makes me wonder why the person behind the desk isn’t doing the job that I’m now having to do. I must be reassured of change on this matter, if I’m to return, or be given an option at the start “would you like me to check you in or would you like to do it yourself?”Not being asked how my stay was, on checkout. Instead, having to initiate feedback after checkout completed.

Liked: Very central, lovely comfortable hotel, excellent staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was basic and often ran out.

Excellent location!

Disliked: The room was a bit warm for me at night, and I was unable to change the temperature setting. Otherwise everything was great.

Liked: The employees are very polite and helpful. The location is more then perfect.
Disliked: Breakfast is not very rich. Some cakes and tarts can be added. Absence of parking is a problem. I just got parking fine ticket.

Great location and good value.

Liked: Great location and a nice clean room. Nice plantings in the hallways and in each room. The hotel tour book was also interesting. I liked the free bottles of cold water and Coca Cola available to take.I did not like the breakfast. The eggs were not cooked well.

Lovely hotel with good location

Liked: Room was nice, had the necessary amenities. Shower was excellent, good pressure and hot all day. Everything was clean. They let me checkin early, so that was nice.
Disliked: Bed is a little hard for my taste, but not bad.

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent, being in the heart of the old town. The room was neat, well appointed, functional. The hotel represents good value for the money.
