Would come again.

Liked: Coffee was good! Staff helpful, put an item in their fridge for me. Location great, restaurant fabulous!
Disliked: I did not like the front stairs for bringing in my luggage. It was a struggle. I found the breakfast disappointing as the bread rolls, croissant and Apple pastry were all dry (stale?) and the meats were uninspiring compared to other hotels.

Perfect location

Liked: Perfect location right in the middle of everything. Easy walk to the bus and train station. It is impossible to get lost with all the clock and bell towers. The breakfast was exceptional. Absolutely the best stay. The hotel staff arranged the tours to Interlaken and Grindelwald for me. They also arranged airport transport. I loved this hotel.
Disliked: All was excellent. I have nothing negative to say.
