Disliked: Value of that room i got was like 50e, i cost me 115e. they do not give room corresponding to the pictures you see on booking.com, be careful they give you whatever they have. + sunday morning you got wake up by loud personal in the corridors.

Liked: The hotel was really nice, our room was lovely and clean. Table and chairs on the balcony was lovely as could relax when getting back from exploring the city. Staff where very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend staying here
Disliked: There was nothing i didn't like.

Liked: Perfect location, surrounded with everything that one may need. Markets, shopping center, metro, coffee shop's, restaurant's........ Not too expensive, great place to stay on holidays or business.

Liked: Rooms have a decent size, comfortable and clean. My room had balcony! Location is amazing, right in front of the metro and many bus stops as well. Just a few min walk from the Palacio Real.Breakfast was good as well. Staff was super helpful and friendly

Superb

Liked: The room is comfortable and quiet, with a terrace. The surrounding environment feels safe. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and the subway station Principe Pio and the bus station are opposite. You can walk or take the subway or bus to nearby attractions.
Disliked: The lift is a bit small.

Liked: Basic but perfect! Room was comfortable and spacious. Nice breakfast and lovely staff. Especially the lady at the breakfast in the am was so lovely
