Convenient to Principe Pio, courteous...

Liked: Very courteous staff. The room had all I needed for my short stay. The balcony was sweet, but it was too hot to enjoy. :)
Disliked: -The air conditioning didn't turn on at first when I checked in, and it was about 100F outside. The staff fixed it, but I was wiped out from travel.-Some stains on the sheets

Great Location In Madrid.

Liked: We really enjoyed the 8th floor terrace, which had a lovely view and the excellent location of the hotel!
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room, and we were not told we could borrow one when we asked about getting hot water for tea.
