Totally Uncomfortable stay

Disliked: The property was not as clean as shown in the photos or mentioned in the reviews. We observed dead cockroaches on the floor upon arrival and the whole floor smelled insecticide during our 5-night stay. The water stuck in the sink and the air conditioner had a lot of noise in a way that we had to turn it off when going to bed. I informed the personnel and talked to them several times. Every afternoon they told me tgan the technician fixed the problems but we saw no change when we got in the room. I should mention that they offered me a room change but the new room didn’t work for us as my son’s wheelchair couldn’t pass the door. Overall, we were not comfortable at all during our stay. In addition, the breakfast was not as good as mentioned in the reviews. Food that needed to be warm was always cold despite we were always in the restaurant very early. Finally after my complaints, they accepted to return the amount of one night. Even with that, I believe it was not worth 250€ /night. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely! Beds was very comfortable! The rooms were tidy and cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and the location was good too. Definitely good for value. I will recommend it to anyone going to Barcelona!
