Liked: Very well located, restaurants and bars nearby, easy access to public transportation
Disliked: Room temperature. The air conditioning system is not controlled by the guest, so the room became very hot; the only way to fix it was to open the window. The window was not designed to be opened, and with an opened window, the ambient became very noisy.In 2 days out of 7 days of staying, during breakfast, some basic itens were missing, like yogurt and butter.

Liked: The location was truly ideal, being conveniently near the metro station and just 20 minutes away from the airport. It made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome.The breakfast was another highlight—it was delicious and offered a great start to the day.Thank you for creating such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
