Passable
Liked: Great location, cheap 24-hour parking, good breakfast.
Disliked: There is no complimentary welcome water in the room, you have to pay for it. This is unusual. It's difficult to find a comfortable water temperature in the bathroom because the cold water pressure is very low.Airplanes land overhead every few minutes. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping, keep this in mind.

Spacious, clean and fantastic location...
Liked: The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely bathroom. The daily cleaning was exceptional. In addition, the location was fantastic - a short metro ride to the centre of Lisbon!

OK, but a not as...
Liked: Reception staff helpful, room was comfortable enough. Very convenient for the metro to all the attractions of the city.
Disliked: Room seemed a bit "tired" for a 4* rating. Bathroom didn't have a shower cubicle, just a bath with shower over which seemed rather old-fashioned. Mini-bar can't use it as a fridge for your own water or anything else - it's fully stocked leaving no space for anything else and it's of a type that senses anything removed and automatically charges, so even temporarily taking anything out to make room would incur charges (as others have reported). Location very noisy as it's on the final approach path for the airport (to be fair, we knew that in advance from other comments).

Very good
Liked: Everything was good. The food fresh and the rooms very clean and the location nearby metro station.
Disliked: The noise of airplanes flies. But we handled it just keeping the windows close
