Nice vacation
Liked: It was convenient to move around Frankfurt as needed. Clean & comfortable rooms.
Disliked: No one checked on the rooms to see when we needed new towels or take out the trash.

Good room, other amenities lacking
Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful, my room's balcony door wouldn't lock, and I was moved to a different room right away
Disliked: Weird smell in the room, seemed to come from the bathroom fan? I was on the top floor and could only access the WiFi when in the bathroom and I had no signal. Also, the elevator didn't work for a day but we were allowed access to the staff elevator.

Liked: Facilities were as described, any issues were sorted straight away
Disliked: Arm chair, was very uncomfortable and only 1 in the room, could have done with being 2

Liked: Exceptional service throughout the duration of stay, close to public transport to get to and from the city!

Hot box
Liked: Staff were happy to provide an extra fan as it was very hot.
Disliked: The kitchenette was very small with no bench space, the room was not air-conditioned. The window covering didn't block out the evening light. Rooms were not served ( that's fine) but no instructions as what to do with food packaging. The room only had one chair to go with the table
