Liked: The hotel is quite close to the central train station but also to the downtown. The room was spacious with air condition and spacious bathroom. The staff was friendly and I was feeling safe there.
Disliked: The noise from the streets may disturb you, however the room has aircondition so you can close the window. Sometimes even this does not help, but it is not the fault of the hotel.

Liked: Big family room, a parking in an area where it is impossible otherwise to park, and in the lively heart of the city. Good equipment in the room

Pleasant

Disliked: The hotel accepts pets but does not allow for the pet (we had a dog) to stay at the room alone. We were only informed after we had checked in. We had to keep our dog outside which made our stay in Bolonia less comfortable (for the dog too). We were also not allowed to enter the breakfast area with the doge and it was suggested by the hotel staff that we should have breakfast in turns, one of us taking care of the dog. It was explained to us that all of this is caused by „safety reasons” but they could not explain what those reasons were. The hotel accepts animals but should not be called animal-friendly.
