Hotel Acadia Opera - Astotel

Liked: I only stayed for one night but I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Paris. Very good location - not too far from city centre and close to all the pubs, shops, restaurants etc

Liked: - very close to Lafayette and Opera and other central attractions, as well as very close to the metro station- very lovely and acommodating staff- free minibar drinks refreshed daily- very clean room, recently renovated

Liked: Hotel Acadia (4 Rue Geoffroy-Marie) is a great hotel - would definitely recommend.+ Central location near metro lines. Easy to walk to Monmartre, the Louvre, Place de la Concorde etc+ Very clean and nicely decorated rooms in an old building.+ Helpful staff: they gave directions and ordered taxis when needed.+ The air conditioning works and was very nice given 30+ temperatures.+ In the afternoons and evenings, there's an open snack bar (croissants, biscuits, cakes etc) in the lobby, and a minibar (water and juice) in the rooms, at no extra cost.
Disliked: - The breakfast is a continental, so nothing too exciting. You might not want to buy it if you're only having a coffee and cereal.- Very narrow staircase so you always have to use the lift.

Perfect hotel for a short...

Liked: Great location. Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms are simple and furnished in an Ikea style. Free soft drinks in the mini bar. Free drinks and snacks in the reception area every afternoon/evening. the a/c is efficient and quiet.
Disliked: Not much at all. The hair dryer in the room was not very efficient.
