Superb hotel in very good...

Liked: Room was very spacious with large bed, good wardrobe space, safe, coffee maker and fridge - which is a big bonus
Disliked: Coffee maker was a good brand but we didn't find that it made nice coffee and not very hot.

Excellent location, outstanding staff, very...

Liked: The hotel is well located, close to the main areas, but not too close to suffer from the noise and constant flow of tourists. As a bonus, it was very close to the Minnewater Park. The entire property is well maintained, but the highlight is the staff: they measure no effort to accommodate the needs of the guests. A couple of examples: on our first morning, we missed the breakfast hours as we had arrived late and were tired. They allowed us to get into the breakfast room and help ourselves. On the last day, we were leaving very early, before the breakfast hours, and once again they accommodated us. By the way, the breakfast was outstanding, with a large buffet for all tastes. The room was not large, but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was very small.The room was located on the top floor, only accessible by stairs, what was inconvenient.
Disliked: The size of the bathroom and the stairs to the room's floor.

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and so many options. Excellent location to explore all the sights and close to shops etc. Supermarket nearby was good find too. Also close to railway station.
Disliked: The shower wasn't overly powerful but was good enough and plenty of hot water.
