Good location for a visit...

Liked: Newly refurbished. Good room. Excellent breakfast
Disliked: All good

Very good

Liked: Fairly central. Comfortable rooms.
Disliked: If driving by car, to get there it is like solving a jigsaw puzzle. Brugge is a beautiful city with one-way streets, but navigating your way there was an enormous challenge. Missed a number of turn off's and having to re-route several times.

I was disappointed I’m afraid.

Liked: The location was great and the car park in central Bruges was a bonus, though not free.
Disliked: The rooms felt ‘wipe clean’ which isn’t something that I expect from a 4* hotel. I appreciate that the number of visitors to Bruges has exploded and therefore there’s a high occupancy rate, but everything felt rather plasticky. The design was wanting from a functional point of view, which was odd given that the rooms seemed spacious and could have accommodated a more user friendly layout. We thought that the loo in a cupboard, located next to the bed was hilarious, but not in a particularly good way and having to go to the bathroom (not even adjacent) to wash hands just felt plain wrong.Breakfast was OK, but that was all and I found myself wishing that we’d gone round the corner to a cosy cafe that we’d seen and breakfasted there.

Disliked: It seemed very odd that there aren’t irons in every room. The amenities seemed pretty old.

Unforgettable Bruges

Liked: It is in downtown near everything you want to see. Room is a good size, big bathroom and storage is available when you arrive before check in time
Disliked: None

Liked: Perfect location. Very kind and friendly staff. Lovely clean comfortable rooms.

Spacious room and great location...

Liked: The room was spacious, and had a nice walk-in shower and separate toilet. Beds were comfortable. The bar had a cosy seating area and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was tucked away on the ground floor and had little light and no view. It could have done with a bench to put the suitcase on and a better set-up for tea-making facilities. Value for money was not that great compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful and all staff went out of their way to assist with anything!
