Liked: The hotel is very well located, the rooms spacious and well air-conditioned
Disliked: The staff misled me before arrival and there was no apology about it after checking in. Just a shrug and a deal with it attitude. The amenities do not fit a 4*, there is nothing beyond shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and hand body pumps. There is no complimentary filtered water or bottled water. Small water bottles are in the fridge at a €3 charge.
