Liked: We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Old Montreal, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was warm, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals with excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Disliked: There were many things that needed fixing. First of all, for such an expensive stay, why was the mirror broken in our room. We were promised “ high floors” when we were nowhere near there. The bathroom doors are LITERALLY THE THINNEST GLASSES I have ever seen. Every time my partner needed to go to the bathroom, we had to go to a cafe or to another floor to be comfortable. The glass is even see through which is unacceptable. The bed wasn’t that comfortable. We stated that we wanted robes in our rooms and we got 1. We asked for another and we came in and it was tossed on the floor, incredibly rude. Definitely NOT WORTH the money we paid.

Liked: Very clean, good size rooms; provides robes, fridge, iron, and coffee machine in the room. Good coffee.
Disliked: Street noise in the room at night; very shallow swimming pool; only basic toiletries in 4* hotel; only two draws near floor level to put clothes/ underwear away; soft mattress. Breakfast eggs were served absolutely cold, coffee was mediocre. Tea selection in the room not enough to choose for two people.
