Nicely decorated and very close to pretty much everything in the show quarter.

Liked: Very quaint; room was very nice and included kitchen.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included as it said it was.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and very kind.
Disliked: The location of the property is around sex stores in the downtown which is not probably a good location for people traveling with kids.

Did not stick around and...

Liked: The location is very central and steps out onto the arts district which is very lively and fun.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our room had large cockroaches! We could not stay the night in this room due to that. I don't think anything else needs to be said, no one should accept paying to stay in a facility with roaches.

You get what you paid...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: the AC could have been stronger. Common areas felt dated and rundown.

Liked: the staff were very friendly, the beds quite comfy. for this price you cannot ask for more! mid downtown, as well
Disliked: breakfast was very limited (cereal and some fruit and a muffin). one of the shared bathrooms' toilets would not flush. old building with old ...everything, but i think that gives it a bit of a charm.
